This week I wasn't able to stay on schedule and deliver the newsletter topic that I really wanted to write on. Instead, I'm sharing more about what to do when you're not ok. We all have bad days and over the years I've learned to give yourself grace and embrace it versus trying to force yourself to keep showing up at 100%.
