Join us for this interview with Dr. Jessica Shore, a licensed clinical psychologist, an associate professor of clinical psychiatry and the director of psychotherapy services at the University of Pennsylvania’s outpatient psychiatry clinic. She specializes in effective psychotherapy for trauma survivors.

She is also the President and Founder of The Nava Center, a non-profit focused on providing treatment and training related to trauma, and promoting antiracism.
