Welcome to 2022, this is our first episode of the year, and we are going to start the year off by reflecting together and taking a look back at 2021.
I want to share with you some of the intentions that I had for the past 12 months, the goals I set for myself, and my recent business projects.
There were so many good things in 2021, but there were also some really hard moments, too. I want to share with you those challenges, but also the lessons that I took from them, because I think that's really important.
There are also some really positive lessons too, even through the rollercoaster of emotions that I experienced in my business.
Reflecting back has allowed me to more easily decide how I want to run and lead my business 2022. Maybe this episode will help you do the same. Enjoy!
