No matter what you do, life will challenge you. Some challenges are minor, while others leave us feeling nearly broken, longing for an all-inclusive vacation.
Challenges are an essential part of life that help us grow and expand, even if it’s hard to see in the moment.
As Tony Robbins said:
“Progress equals happiness. Even if you're not where you want to be yet, if you're on the road, if you're improving, if you're making progress, you're gonna love it. You're gonna feel alive.”
Without challenges, there is no progress, whether we like it or not. In this episode, we dive into methods and techniques for dealing with these challenges.
