I used to be disconnected from my body, my inner world, my worth. I only knew how to see myself through the eyes of others.
I didn’t trust myself. My feelings weren’t welcome. I held deep internal shame because others told me I wasn’t good enough.
I blamed my body as the problem. If it looked different, “others would accept me.” If I looked different, “others would accept me.”
I went to law school to be an advocate for women, but in truth, I was still denying the feminine.
It wasn’t until years later, after a series of catastrophic events - otherwise known as “soul awakenings” - that I began to look down into my body.
I learned that the body is the gateway into divine feminine power.
It holds an infinite amount of wisdom that cannot be understood with your mind. It connects us with our soul’s truth. It is how we access the divine here in form.
