Sovereignty is about being your own authority. You choose for you. You belong to you. You possess every part of who you are. It requires radical self-knowledge and self-responsibility.
Yet, sovereignty goes beyond self-knowledge. It requires that you not only become aware of and identify the root ofyour thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, but that you consciously align them to your soul’s truth. You live, choose, and act based on your own inner knowing - even if it goes against what everyone else believes or wants from you.
You can only access your soul’s truth by connecting to the energy of your body - because your body is formed by the energy of your soul. It is a constant spiraling process of both anchoring into the truth of who you are and releasing all that you are not.
