You fear your emotions because you identify with them. You think they ARE you. You worry they won’t leave, and perhaps they’ll even overtake you. You won’t be able to stop the grief or control the anger.
Perhaps you label some emotions “positive” or “negative.” “High vibrational” or “low vibrational.”
True feminine power requires that you embrace ALL emotions.
E-motions are energy moving through you.
The greater your capacity to let energy move through you (ie. all of life), the greater your capacity to be fully alive, to activate your life force energy, to be in your sovereignty and divine power.
