This week my guest Suzanne Clarke shares with us how losing her 2nd baby Lucy and hearing of a friend's sudden stroke brought her to a standstill in her mind as She thought about her own life and what she needed to change.  Suzanne also contributed a chapter to newly published book Awaken Your Wellbeing in which She shares her personal story and tools and techniques She used to help her overcome her challenges and loss and how She is now helping others.  After a 15 year career in the pharmaceutical industry, Suzanne transitioned into becoming a yoga, mediation teacher, a leadership and wellbeing coach, incorporating all these tools in to her coaching practise to help her clients improve their self-awareness, clarity and help them take the little steps to improving their overall quality of life.  Suzanne helps her clients to prioritise themselves without the guilt and overwhelm, to have fun and confidence to create the life they want. She fully understands all too well the challenges and stresses of a working mother and the impact it has on our wellbeing.  We appreciate you sharing our podcast episodes and appreciate all feedback.
