Description

Welcome back to The Sharon Fitzmaurice Podcast, where we celebrate the resilience of the human spirit and the healing power of sharing our stories. Today’s episode is one that will move you deeply. I’m joined by the incredible Rebecca Galli, an author, speaker, and living embodiment of what it means to live fully in the life you didn’t plan.

Her books 'Rethinking Possible' & 'Morning Fuel' are lessons from a resilient heart. Rebecca’s journey has included the loss of her younger brother, raising her children, two with special needs, the passing of her beloved son, believe it or not - the same day her Mother passed, and her Father's passing. And not only that, but a rare illness left her paralyzed just days after her divorce. And yet despite it all - she has cultivated a beautiful, purpose-led life grounded in writing, connection, and spiritual resilience.

In our conversation, we talk about:

How she copes with daily challenges and fuels herself emotionally and spiritually

The mantra that changed her life

Turning pain into purpose

Finding grace in the unexpected

This episode is an invitation to live more fully, love more deeply, and trust in the strength that lives within you, even when life takes a turn you never saw coming. So, make yourself a cup of tea, find a quiet space, and join us for this deeply heartfelt and inspiring conversation with the remarkable Rebecca Galli.
