Marian Trench, a bio-energy, reiki, hidden mind and corrective sound therapist based in Co. Roscommon. I have known Marian for years and am so blessed to have her as one of my closest friends and also my 'go-to' person for my own self-care needs. I met Marian over 13 years ago at a time in her life that she was experiencing huge anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder, I believe the Universe aligned our paths so we could meet up and connect that day and it was a soul connection that both of us would learn and benefit from immensely.
Marian shares with us how from her birth right through to her teenage years that her physical body manifested the stress and fears She was unable to process from a young age and how her breakdown led her to find healing and now is a sought after therapist in helping others.
