Astra Soulfeather (they/them) is a spirituality and desire expert nurturing spiritual growth in women & AFAB who have spent years feeling frozen, directionless and yearning for change - experiences Astra understands well, after suffering for fifteen years with the paralysing effects of being raped when they were a teenager.
Through deep personal and professional exploration, Astra developed the Higher Love Approach, their unique healing model bringing together trauma-informed, multi-modality tools for the body, mind & soul.
