The source of your overwhelmed feeling might look like your full inbox, your jam-packed diary or your crazy full home life. It might seem like it's having a lot to do. As I reflect on the run-up to my 2015 burnout, I would have previously cited all those things. My life was CRAZY!! (listen to find out why). Full to the brim is an understatement. 

But recently I saw something new about this. It was all driven by one thing and that thing was THOUGHT!

My thoughts about my inbox, my thoughts that I had to have a jam-packed diary and my thoughts that I needed to control every aspect of my home life to name but a few. It was ALL THOUGHT! Thought drove it all! 

The thought I would feel good enough, the fearful thoughts about what might go wrong and the thoughts of being an imposter (in everything). I would love to know if you can relate.
