* Samaritan’s Purse: This Christian organization has been helping locals clean up flooded homes, rebuild, and much more. Although it’s a Christian organization, it’s doing incredible work within the community and living true Christian values.

* Feeding Avery Families: Avery County is where I lived before moving to Colorado. Avery is one of the hardest hit areas (my ex-partner lost his house to flooding) and FAF is ensuring people are reached and fed in a very rural community.
