Description

Starting today, I will acknowledge those who become new or renewed paid subscribers to support the Okoboji and Songwriters’ Retreat. If you are new to this space and are interested in learning more about this annual event or applying for a scholarship, check the FAQ page on this website: https://okobojiwritersretreat.com.

Thanks to Deb Martin and Linda Beatty, our most recent paid subscribers, for helping us transform emerging writers.

Charity Nebbe and her producers at Iowa Public Radio launched the podcast about and for women, Unsettled, in response to the ‘me too’ movement. It delves into the ever-evolving landscapes of womanhood and women's identities in the United States.

Each episode is packed with voices of women and men, who discuss lived experiences and a historical context of the evolution of societal expectations and cultural shifts.
