Hi. I’m Carmen Shields and I have ADHD and it's really hard for me to talk about. I got diagnosed for the first time at age 35. I sat on the diagnosis for about 5 months before I decided maybe I need some help navigating this phase of my life. Because the reality of it is... I've probably had it my whole life and never knew. It's been a struggle to talk about and I haven't really shared it with anyone even my family members. In this episode, I share part 1 of my story and hope it resonates with at least one person. Take what resonates and leave the rest!
