We’ve been taught that gratitude is the key to happiness, but do we really know how powerful it actually is? How it can magically change our lives? And how much fun we can have with it?
Confession: I actually used to think gratitude was kind of… boring! As someone who’s been on the spiritual path for a long time, I honestly thought I had gratitude down. I knew it was important and was practicing it to the best of my ability, but in retrospect, my heart wasn’t fully in it yet.
In this episode, I talk about how my attitude towards gratitude went from “meh” to “WOW!” – when I joined a program called the 28-day Gratitude Launchpad with Dr. Mario Torres-León – and committed myself to a daily practice of not only counting my blessings but really feeling the vibration of gratitude in my whole body. I’ve been blown away by how much happier and more relaxed I feel on a day-to-day basis.
Now that I’ve been actively looking for things to be grateful for throughout the day, I’m realizing just how much I used to take for granted. There really is nothing to NOT be grateful for. EVERYTHING is a blessing. You can even flip triggers and troubles into gratitude and feel your energy shift.
Being in a state of gratitude not only feels amazing, it allows us to access higher possibilities, wisdom, solutions – and more health, wealth, and creativity – it really is magical!
I talk about:
* How I used to be “meh” about gratitude
* Energy flows where attention goes – Why gratitude is so powerful
* Lack mindset and the unconscious resistance to gratitude
* 4 ways I invite gratitude into my life, all day long
* What to do when you feel anything but grateful
… and more!
