Sometimes when we choose to follow the red thread of desire, in the pursuit of personal evolution, healing or even finding the treasure we so dearly seek, resistance comes up: it can take the form of boredom, denial, and today, for me, a deep depression I hadn’t experienced in a while. These moments, I know, call for accountability, if we’re to continue to follow the call in our heart - and my accountability this time, comes through my commitment to this podcast, and what I hope to share with all of you.
