Alright if you have been around the fitness industry long enough you have most likely been told, heard of, or otherwise come across the concept of fasted cardio and all of its apparent benefits.  Here's the thing and a point you will hear me make a lot so get used to it...can fasted cardio be beneficial for someone: it depends. 
As is the case with anything.  Any form of diet, training protocol, supplement, whatever it is, it all depends. 
In this episode I dive into some of the things to consider before going head first into fasted cardio simply because your cousin Jane told you you should if you want to loose weight. 
Lets start reframing our focus and intention to that of long term health and wellness so we can Level Up Our Life throughout our entire life!
