Hello Everyone welcome to my weekly audio journal. Today I'd like to discuss a topic about vision. Recently, I learned the relationship between your vision and your state.

When you are stressed, when you're focused on something very particular. You start to tunnel vision, your pupils contract. Whereas when you are relaxed, your pupils dilate your vision expands.

So sometimes when you're feeling stressed or tired, literally go outside and look into the horizon. Increase your scope of vision, include your peripherals.

Using your sight you can then switch your state from a stressed to a more relaxed state from the outside in. Helping you increase your creativity by broadening your vision.
