Today I'd like to talk about energy management, everyone has the same amount of time, 24 hours in a day and so being equals in that level then it's all about how you manage your energy.
With low energy what you end up doing in 10 years may feel like you haven't done much or achieved much on this earth but with high energy what you could achieve in 10 years may feel like you've made 50 years worth of impact.
I've shared in the past a blog about life audit, today I'd like to get a bit more granular into something you can use more day to day and that's an app called mood app. It allows you to check in each day to see how you are feeling, whether you're high energy, low energy and logging what kind of emotion you're experiencing. By building this database and awareness over time. You're able to pinpoint further the activities that give you energy or that drain you of energy and from there armed with this knowledge, you can make different choices, to lead a life with high energy and high impact.
