Hello everyone welcome to my weekly audio journal.
This week for me has been a great reminder of a quote being kind is greater than being right.
Many times when we find ourselves in arguments whether it's at the workplace or with loved ones. Often our ego gets in the way and it becomes a battle about being right. I think it's important that we step back, we listen and if it's for the overall good being kind is better than being right.
So the next time you find yourself in an argument with someone you care about. Would you rather be right? Or are you willing to work on this relationship together and be kind?
