Hello everyone welcome to my weekly audio journal.

Today I'd like to share two parts from Kevin Kelly. Habit is far more dependable than inspiration. Make progress by making habits. Don't focus on getting into shape. Focus on becoming the kind of person who never misses a workout. I love this so much, I think sitting around waiting for inspiration to strike is essentially procrastination. If you can simply make progress each day. I believe that inspiration will come and I think this ties very well with:

If you repeated what you did today 365 more times, will you be where you want to be next year?

To be consistent in building a habit I don't believe is enough. Is it in the right direction? Is what you're doing every single day going to get you where you want to be?
