Grief is a burden that many people are carrying, and most of the time it goes unseen and unaddressed. This week’s episode of the Evangelical Anglican features Drew Hensley, the author of the newly released book “Invisible Grief: An Honest Conversation on the Pain and Loss of Unrealized Hopes, Dreams, and Good Desires.” We spoke about these kinds of griefs and how they impact our lives and how we see God. Our conversation was not only theological and theoretical, but also pastoral and practical. And I didn’t even mean for those to both start with the same letters. We talked about pastoral responses to grief, pastors understanding their own pain and suffering, and how Christ suffered our griefs, as well. It was a blast of a conversation and I can’t wait for you to hear it!You can buy Invisible Grief here: https://a.co/d/a3MPTulFind more of Drew’s speaking and writing here:
