Welcome to Day 5 of the 7-Day Energy Clearing Challenge! I’m Juli, Peaceful Healer, your guide for this journey to help you clear, protect, and elevate your energy. Today, we’ll focus on letting go of emotional blocks—those lingering feelings or patterns that may weigh us down or keep us stuck. Releasing these emotions doesn’t mean ignoring them; instead, it’s about honouring them, processing them, and setting them free so you can move forward with clarity and lightness.

Remember, each small step you take in this challenge builds momentum for lasting transformation. Let’s dive in and make space for the energy you truly deserve!”

Today’s Practice:

* Create a Safe Space: Find a quiet place where you feel comfortable and undisturbed. Bring a journal if you’d like to write down your reflections afterward.

* Begin with Breathwork: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it for a few seconds. Exhale deeply through your mouth, imagining that you’re releasing tension. Repeat for 2-3 minutes. Now place one hand on your belly and the other on your heart. Take a deep breath in through your nose, pause, and gently release letting go of any stress or tension. Feel your body soften with each breath, your neck and shoulder area relax, your arms, hands, back, breathe into your belly, your hip, legs and feet, relax and breathe. Tune into the present moment.

* Think of a feeling or memory that has been lingering in your mind. It might be frustration, sadness, guilt, or even fear. You don’t need to dive too deeply; just bring it gently into your awareness.

* Visualise Letting Go: Imagine holding this emotion in your hands as a glowing ball of light. See it as energy that is ready to be released. Inhale deeply, visualise the glowing ball of light with the emotion, and With your next exhale, picture yourself gently placing it into a flowing river or sending it upward into the sky to be carried away.

* Repeat silently to yourself or out loud: “I release what no longer serves me. I welcome peace and freedom into my heart.

* Lets repeat one more time:

* Inhale deeply, visualise the glowing ball of light with the emotion, and With your next exhale, picture yourself gently placing it into a flowing river or sending it upward into the sky to be carried away.

* Repeat silently to yourself or out loud: “I release what no longer serves me. I welcome peace and freedom into my heart.

* Reflect on those words and breathe them deep into your heart.

* Reflect with Gratitude: Take a moment to thank yourself for this courageous act of release. Acknowledge the growth that comes from letting go.

What emotions or thoughts came up for you during this practice? Write them down in your journal if it feels helpful. Remember, each step of release creates space for something new and beautiful to enter.
