Welcome to Day 6 of the 7-Day Energy Clearing Challenge! I’m Juli, Peaceful Healer, your guide for this journey to help you clear, protect, and elevate your energy. As we near the end of our challenge, today’s focus is on clearing out old patterns and habits that may no longer align with your goals and values. These patterns can show up as behaviors, thought loops, or even routines that hold you back. Together, we’ll release them to create space for growth and transformation.
Today’s Practice:
* Before you begin, say to yourself quietly or outloud: “I am open to change and growth. I let go of what no longer supports my highest good.
* Reflect on those words and breathe them deep into your heart.
* Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it for a few seconds. Exhale deeply through your mouth, imagining that you’re releasing tension. Repeat for 2-3 minutes. Now place one hand on your belly and the other on your heart. Take a deep breath in through your nose, pause, and gently release letting go of any stress or tension. Feel your body soften with each breath, your neck and shoulder area relax, your arms, hands, back, breathe into your belly, your hip, legs and feet, relax and breathe. Tune into the present moment.
* Bring Awareness to Patterns: Now think about a habit or thought pattern that no longer serves you. It might be self-doubt, procrastination, or a tendency to overcommit.
* Visualise Breaking the Cycle: Picture this pattern as a cord or chain wrapped around you. Now, visualize a pair of golden scissors in your hand. See yourself cutting through the cord, watching it dissolve and fall away. Feel the sense of freedom as it releases.
* Now replace with positive light. Imagine filling the space left behind with a bright, warm light. This light represents new opportunities, healthy habits, and empowering thoughts. Breathe in this bright, warm light, representing all these new opportunities, empowering thoughts, and exhale, releasing any lingering doubt or habit that no longer serves you.
* Slowly and gently come back to your natural breath. Roll your shoulders if that feels good, and come back to the present moment. Slowly open your eyes.
* In your journal, write one or two positive changes you’d like to embrace moving forward. For example, “I choose to prioritise self-care” or “I will celebrate my progress, no matter how small.”
* End by placing a hand over your heart and silently expressing gratitude for the courage and clarity to release what no longer serves you.
