Flory (she/they) is a first generation settler of Taiwanese and Dutch ancestry. Born on unceded, ancestral and traditional Tongva Territory, she is also a settler continually learning as an uninvited guest on Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh lands in the Pacific Northwest. As a proud faculty instructor at The Lab of Meditation offering trauma-informed meditation teacher training for people worldwide, she invites others to be in integrous businesses through strategic development and brand design. When not supporting others with real rest or resting herself, you’ll find her moving and sweating, reading and learning, eating with people she loves, in lengthy discussions (sometimes debates), drawing and documenting, out in the sun and ocean, exploring different cultures, and machine tattooing sentiment and sigils.
