Today’s tea: Kukicha Sencha (green tea - clean, light, gently renewing).Drink any green tea you’re drawn to and let it guide you back to balance.

In this pause for tea, you’ll:

* ground your body (feet on the floor, spine long, shoulders soft)

* breathe in calm, breathe out tension

* use a simple tree visualisation: roots, trunk, branches, leaves

* let one “leaf” go -one thought, tension, or feeling you’re ready to release

Even if your mind is windy, you’re not the wind, you’re the tree
