This evening at Selby Gardens in Sarasota, Tony Shanahan, my daughter Jesse, and I will perform in honor of Georgia O’Keefe. It’s always wonderful to join our friends at the Gardens and present a show in tandem with their inspiring exhibitions. In the course of the night, Tony and I will be doing a short version of Georgia for the artist, so we are going over keys. I thought it might be fun to share a little of our process.
Earlier the three of us spent time on the beach, a nice contrast to the snow we left behind in the city.
