It is a call for all Christians on every side of the political spectrum “to seek the Lord while he may be found,” to be willing to surrender our idols of politics and ideology, to read the words of Jesus, to begin to actually obey them, and to be willing to speak truth, no matter the cost.
When we are in alignment with the head we will begin to function as we should instead of “biting and devouring” one another.
