Lillian is a clinical psychologist and author, with over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings.  Lillian is committed to making accurate and evidence-based mental health information and strategies more easily accessible. To achieve this mission, she founded Skills for Life, an online portal of mental health and well-being programs and resources that address stress, anxiety, and sleep. And, she recently released, Contain Your Brain, an app that helps people worry less and worry better!
