In today's episode we have an incredible chat with Mish Wright - Women's Fitness Expert, educator, writer and speaker. 

At our 2021 World Menopause Day event, Mish stared as a panelist providing her incredible insights into exercise, starting exercise during Peri Menopause and the obstacles that get in the way of us women exercising. After hearing her knowledge, we knew we had to get her on our podcast. 

Mish openly shares her personal story of how as a newly single mother she took on the fitness world and made it her mission to help other women exercise safely after her own pelvis dysfunction experience. Mish is a wealth of information for us women as well as for other fitness professionals about women's health and exercise.
