Of course Peri Menopause doesn't stop in the midst of the silly and crazy (and joyful and loving) season so we wanted to share some simple things that you can do to support your greatest health and wellbeing, not just now but for the future. 

We offer some tips around stress, nutrition, mindset and movement but most of all we encourage the opportunity to embrace the fun, the love and joy that is this time of year.
