Fear doesn’t always look like paralysis. Sometimes it looks like overworking. Sometimes it looks like waiting until everything is polished enough. Sometimes it looks like showing up halfway, just enough to stay safe.
In this episode of Conscious Matters®, I share something personal: for a long time, I was too afraid to show my face online. Not in my personal life. But anything connected to my work felt impossible. No camera. No face. Just landscapes, art, and carefully written captions.
What I thought was fear turned out to be something much more specific: my inner critic trying to protect me from being judged.
