Preston Lauterbach is a music journalist, author and former visiting scholar at Rhodes College, known for his books Bluff City, Beale Street Dynasty, and The Chitlin Circuit, which was a Wall Street Journal and Boston Globe book of the year. He is the co-author of Brother Robert: Growing Up With Robert Johnson, which is co-written by Annye C. Anderson, step-sister to the legendary blues musician. That book is out now.
