This morning’s Magic Monday was all about coming home to yourself.
Not the self you “should be,” or the one holding everything together…but the version of you underneath all the survival mode, the coping, the doing, the holding.
Today we worked with a bodywork point called Lung 9. It’s the point of:
✨ rebuilding✨ strengthening✨ trust✨ breath✨ grief healing✨ and the feeling of returning home to your own body

It gathers your energy in a way that says:
“It’s safe to come back now. You don’t have to run anymore.”

We began by locating Lung 9 at the wrist crease on the thumb side — a point that strengthens Lung qi, supports circulation, and restores that quiet sense of trust inside the body.
