* brings you back into your body (out of the spirals and “too much”)

* helps you gently set down what isn’t yours to carry

* invites real compassion for the part of you that’s tired / grieving / on high alert

* and then (only when you’re steadier) helps you find one grounded, nourishing next step — small enough to actually do

If you’ve been putting something off — a conversation, an email, a decision, a boundary — this is the kind of session that turns “I should” into “I can.”
