Whether you send kids to public school or not, I’m sure you’ve heard it said that without the proper vaccinations, a child can not enroll in school. And in some situations a parent can be threatened with neglect if they choose to not abide by this requirement.
So what does the law actually say? Do your kids really have to be vaccinated?
Here in Missouri there are a few different options for parents who choose to make their own decisions for their child and not what the government has forced on them.

We briefly discuss SJR33 that will be Amendment 3 on the ballot this November or in 2026. *It is actually HJR73 that was the one that made it all the way through. But they are basically the same legislation.
