The name change happened 9/29/25, according to journalist Jeremy Lee Quinn, who found out about the story from me and cited me and did additional legwork to obtain that date. This is consistent with the fact that he was incarcerated in May and June under the name James Everette Tsang. Tsang happens to be the surname of the now-deceased previous owner of the house. Not sure what the story is there but it certainly would not be the first time a violent criminal trans-identified man killed an occupant in order to live in their home, and my expectations of this oxygen squanderer are very low.
There's a rumor going around that the name change was first reported in March of 2024, but this is impossible with our current understanding of the directional nature of time. So, unless you have some math for me, it was definitely not reported on last year. It is actually a recent thing that slipped under the radar for nearly 2 months, until I posted about it last Saturday 11/22/25.
