Risk factors include:
Plagiocephaly 1
Low birth weight 2
Hemangioma (increases likelihood of PHACE syndrome) 3
Hx of neglect (mom admitted doctor said she should have sought evaluation for hemangioma sooner)
Observable signs of speech delay (still apparently babbling at 2, low MLU)
