A woman declares a trans identity as a minor and later begins testosterone (not clear yet when she did). Testosterone is continued despite deteriorating mental and physical health. A kid is caught up in this "medical nightmare” as she terms it. Musical summary included at the end. She is a self-identified seahorse dad, but I have not yet found confirmation she began testosterone prior to pregnancy. Presumably she did though, given when she came out as a man and when her liver began screaming for mercy.
