Brian Samson is the founder of Plugg Technologies, a leading
nearshore firm connecting Latin America talent with U.S. companies.
Brian has spent 10 years focused on nearshoring, including living as
an expat in Argentina. As a founder, he has grown 3 separate
companies from $0 to $4m ARR each. Prior, he was a VP of talent
for several SF based tech companies including an IPO and an
acquisition. He holds an MBA from UCLA and he and his wife are
advocates for foster care, having adopted a baby girl.
