In spirit of the World Chocolate Masters happening last weekend, just wanted to chat a little bit about that competition, and thoughts on what it means to compete.
For chocolatiers, this is like our futbol! Was really fun to watch; had so many thoughts about different things, and loved seeing the different competitiors' visions for TMRW.
