Michael Anissimov is a San Francisco Bay Area native of White Russian émigré decent now living in Florida. Michael worked for the Singularity Institute where he co-founded the Singularity Summit and is the author of the Idaho Project, A Critique of Democracy: A Guide for Neoreactionaries, Our Accelerating Future: How Superintelligence, Nanotechnology, and Transhumanism Will Transform the Planet, and has an upcoming book on the dissident right.
