Description

In this episode, Catharine (“Cat”) Frick shares how artificial intelligence, creativity, and courage have shaped her journey from law firm case manager to entrepreneur and leader in the ETF space.

Cat Frick is the founder of Catnip, a boutique growth marketing consultancy that helps ETF issuers and asset managers launch and scale funds through branding, digital strategy, and market education. With over 150 ETF launches under her belt and her role as Co-Head of Women in ETFs San Francisco, Cat is known for blending creative marketing with deep industry expertise to drive growth, accessibility, and community in financial services. Born and raised in Northern California, Cat now calls San Francisco home. When she’s not building brands or mentoring within the ETF community, you can find her on the tennis court, playing a competitive game of cribbage, or tackling her latest home DIY project. She’s currently on a quest to be a little less of a workaholic, one coffee break at a time.

Kristine Delano guides the conversation regarding the ethical edges of AI and digital identity to staying grounded in purpose, even when innovation moves fast.
