Tammy Cash is a senior leader in the global ETF industry and currently leads Business Communications and Engagement at BMO Global Asset Management. She has spent much of her career building and leading marketing and communications teams focused on the growth of exchange-traded funds, often saying she has grown alongside the ETF industry itself. Tammy also serves as Global Co-President of Women in ETFs, a global, volunteer-led organization with more than 14,000 members worldwide. In this role, she helps guide the organization’s governance, leadership development, and global chapter network to ensure long-term, sustainable impact. Tammy is passionate about mentorship, cognitive diversity, and creating accessible pathways into financial services for the next generation of leaders. Based in downtown Toronto, she is a proud mom of two daughters and enjoys knitting as a way to unwind and recharge.
