Currently supporting the Global Chief Legal & Risk Officer and Board Operations at a global wealth management firm, she’s known for bringing clarity, steadiness, and operational excellence to high-pressure environments. Born to Cuban immigrants and raised in New York, Liz began her career in the fast, rule-breaking world of 1990s fashion and advertising, working with brands like Elite Model Management, Donna Karan, Chanel, and Ogilvy. Those early years sharpened her instincts for reading the room, anticipating risk, and leading with presence, skills that have shaped her leadership style ever since.
Her path has spanned organizations including Brookfield Properties, Voya, Oak Hill Advisors, and IMAX.
