In this week’s session, we shared about how to minister healing to people, including good protocols for ministering to people in general, and learning to pray for the sick using the Five-Step Healing Prayer Model. Following the teaching time we released people to pray for one another for healing.

If you’ve been filled with His Spirit, you’re not only eligible, but also able to do what Jesus did. Now, it’s true that we might not do it as powerfully. Christian author and teacher Jack Deere said, “[T]here was only one Person who had the character to bear the power of the Spirit without limit…” So, maybe we won’t move in the supernatural as successfully as Jesus, but yes, we are able to do His works through Him, and Jesus said so. Ask God for a fresh filling of His Spirit today, and remember that Jesus, who cannot lie, said this: “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” (Luke 11:13)
