Description

This week, I share a personal story about an unexpected gluten reaction that brought me face-to-face with fear, anger, blame, and ultimately, compassion.

In the midst of physical discomfort and emotional upheaval, I experienced something surprising: a profound sense of being held by love. Not because the pain disappeared, but because I stopped trying to fix it long enough to receive comfort.

In this episode, I explore:

• The difference between pain and suffering• Blame, self-compassion, and ancestral patterns• What happened when I heard the words, “It's not your fault.”• Andrea Gibson's beautiful poem Tincture and the miracle of embodiment• What true health might feel like beyond the absence of symptoms

I also draw a card from the Dreamer Path Oracle Deck—Wisdom of Fire—and share a guided heart-centered meditation with reflective coaching questions.

Meditation Questions

• What in me is asking to be held today?• What if nothing needed to be fixed right now?• What does true health feel like?• What would it feel like to trust that I am supported and loved exactly as I am?

May this episode offer a moment of sanctuary, self-compassion, and connection with the wisdom of your own heart.
