Meet Thea—a passionate advocate for Black women to reclaim their voices and embrace authenticity. With over a decade of experience in tech, leading learning and development projects, developing content for executives, and running both corporate and consumer podcasts, she is highly qualified.
However, Thea’s journey hasn’t always been easy. As a high achiever who has navigated the challenges of being overlooked, underestimated, and undervalued, she has built The Mediocre Black Woman Podcast as a space to empower Black women to embrace their full selves—flaws, rest, and all. Through her work, Thea creates a supportive environment where women can reject perfectionism and thrive unapologetically.
