Description

Being seen can tempt us to move faster than our bodies can hold. We get excited. We see what’s worked for others. We feel the pull to build something big, shiny, impressive. And sometimes that’s aligned. And sometimes it’s an invitation to pause and ask a better question: Does this actually fit me?

Sustainable isn’t about shrinking your vision. It’s about choosing structures that honor your body, your energy, and your agency. It’s about letting your nervous system have a vote. Many of us were taught that success means doing more, holding more, managing more. But sustainability asks something different.

It asks for honesty.

Letting go of what doesn’t fit isn’t failure. It’s discernment. This is what being seen as yourself looks like. Not performing capacity. Not forcing consistency. Not trying to become someone else’s version of success.

Here are some of the questions from today’s live:

* Where are you choosing what looks good instead of what fits you?

* What part of you is trying to be like someone else to avoid being seen?

If something in this stirred you, download the Seen. Simple. Sustainable. Sovereign. Manifesto.

That’s where you’ll find deeper reflections to begin your own journey toward visibility that’s intimate, spiritual, and honest — without losing rest, humanity, or agency.

And if you want to walk with me as this run unfolds in real time, you’re already in the right place.

See you back in the House tomorrow.

xoxo.
